I live in Western Connecticut.. I am a stay at home mom, with 2 young boys, 5 &
1. They keep me very busy. My goal is to be the best mom I can be. So I need to
be in the best shape physically to give them the best.. It is sometimes hard to
find the time to get my workouts in with 2 little ones running around, but I am
working it out, and getting it done. I was at 207 in January almost a year

Before becoming a mom in 2004, I was in great shape and went to the gym
5-6 days a week.. But once becoming pregnant, with risk, I was told I could
not exercise while pregnant. So, More ...
Before becoming a mom in 2004, I was in great shape and went to the gym
5-6 days a week.. But once becoming pregnant, with risk, I was told I could
not exercise while pregnant. So, needless to say, I gained weight.. After the
birth of my first son a friend of mine lent me a Turbo Jam video, and I was
hooked.. It helped me to lose that weight.. Well now after the birth of my
second son, and being almost 35, I am in the same position I was in 4 years
ago.. Lucky for me, Beachbody came out with Chalean Extreme, a whole new
routine.. And so all I have to say is that I am loving getting extreme, and even
after only 16 days I am seeing results.. I feel better, and am even sleeping
better(as much as you can with a 1 year old!!) So stay tuned for this work in
progress..
