Hi, my name is Karen, I'm 48 and I am a single mother of 2 teenagers in Frisco, TX. I like to work in the yard, cook, read and play with my 2 dogs and 5 horses. My life requires a lot of energy to keep up.

I also suffer from Hypertension. I kept in under control with diet and exercise for years, but as I got older it was more difficult to stay in shape and keep my BP under control. I am on

My goal is to lose inches and get toned and fit. I am eating better, drinking my Shakeology and working out daily with INSANITY! after 2 rounds of P90X- I rarely ever miss a day, but if I do I’ll at More ...
My goal is to lose inches and get toned and fit. I am eating better, drinking my Shakeology and working out daily with INSANITY! after 2 rounds of P90X- I rarely ever miss a day, but if I do I’ll at least do sit-ups, push-ups and yoga/stretching to stay focused and motivated. So far, at 2 weeks into this routine, my total loss since I started has been 11 pounds and about 8 inches. I am seeing great results and plan to keep pushing play to have the body transformation I want. BRING IT!

Well, I have continued to work out and try to stay on track. My weight came back up to 114-115 after dropping to 111, which is fine as long as I am still getting lean and building muscle. I have lost inches and dropped my body fat from 30% to 17.6% in 65 days!!! I have been monitoring my Blood Pressure and between the Shakeology and working out, my BP has stayed at a normal rate for me. I have an appointment with my Cardiologist in the coming months and I intend to discuss dropping my med dose even lower.
Working out with P90X, drinking the Shakeology and being a coach has changed my life, my lifestyle, my attitude, energy level and my health. I am now helping my friends do the same thing. They have seen the changes that I am making and they want to make changes in their life, health and fitness as well.

Getting started is probably the hardest part, but it's never too late to start. Change your mind set from "I'm not sure I can do it" to "I wonder how far I can push myself?" Change your attitude and change your life. You just have to push play.

I finished my first 90 days doing the Lean program and had great results! I am on my 3rd week of Classic and can tell I'm burning even more calories and building more lean muscle!

I am six weeks into my 2nd round of P90X. I have hit my weight goal and most of the other goals I set for myself. Still struggling with pull-ups! :( I am so pleased with my results and will continue to push myself to get stronger and eat healthier every day!

Well folks, I've started INSANITY! I'm in my second week. It's a tough routine, but I am getting through it. I am taking breaks when I need to and drinking plenty of water. I should be lean and shredded when these 60 days are up! Stay tuned...

I finished INSANITY!!!! I am the fittest I have ever been in my life! My weight is 107 and my BF is around 15%. I've lost inches around my waist and especially those stubborn "saddle bags" that I never thought I'd be rid of. I drink my chocolate Shakeology every morning and my LDL dropped from 157 to 118 and still dropping :D Now I have to start shopping for new clothes that fit - YAY! If I can do it - so can you. DECIDE.COMMIT.SUCCEED!!!

I need to update this page! I lost all the weight I wanted to lose and then some. My body fat dropped to an amazing 14-15% and I feel incredible! I hope all of you are sticking to your workouts and reaching your goals as well.
