Who knew that getting "in shape" could be so painful!??! I've had challenges this past year sticking with my goal - who doesn't right? Right! But in October I fell down the stairs at home - want to know why?? I had lost weight and my pants were too big, so when I went down the stairs my heels caught in the hem of my pants because they were hanging down farther than they usually would due to my weight loss! How embarrassing! No battle wounds - but at the end of November I was doing HHA/FBC and something in my Hip popped - and not in a good way. The next day I couldn't walk; much less shake it for my HHA workout! So here I am, starting off 2008 with battle wounds from a fun 2007! It's all good though, still pressing play - just pressing it every other day for a while! :)

I love MDB! I have consolidated my workout through MDB and have selected Weight Watchers to help me with portion control and monitoring of what I eat. I feel great! I've lost 14 lbs so far and have tons of energy.

I'm here, on MDB as a coach - hoping to continue on this new lifestyle meeting new friends along the way. Maybe you have some questions, not sure where to start - I'd love to help! Feb Update - well, it appears that my little spill and hip pop a few months back was more damaging than I thought. It appears that I ripped my muscle when I fell and it hasn't healed properly. So, I'm in physical therapy for a while and until I heal I can't workout! :( I'm OK to do yoga, if I don't put pressure on that hip - but that's it! So, I'll be back in a few weeks and will pickup from there! :)

March 12 - whoo hoo! Released from the Dr for a little cardio! :) Going to start slowly with a little TJ!

April - TJ Rocks! I'm back, still taking it slow as I'm in PT for my hip, but I've moved the scale a little more this month, finally off my plateau! More to come! :)

July 1, 2008 - I'm kicking off the last half of 2008 with a new round of TJ! It's going to be tough and I'll be taking it slow with my hip still giving me trouble - but we'll get through it together!! :-)

Dec, 2008 - WOW what a year! Life is moving fast and I'm enjoying the ride! I got married in Oct, moved and the kids started school and the Holiday's are here already! I've started a new round of P90 to ensure I start off 2009 strong and ready for anything! Join me?
