I've been a fitness advocate for over 35 years. My husband was a body-builder and I soon followed with a desire to stay fit and healthy. I own numerous work-out videos and other apparatuses to stay in touch with health and fitness trends. I eat a healthy diet and encourage others to do the same. I'm ready and willing to help anyone willing to give me a few minutes of their time!

I'm on the road to fitness. My obstacles have been my age -- with it came arthritis and back issues. My first order of business is to bring my weight into a more comfortable range. I will need to have surgery on my right foot so that I can jump, hop and skip my way to a desirable body fat percentage. My work out regime includes standing core work which should strengthen my back (I can't lay on the floor - getting up is nearly impossible). From there I hope to add the more strenuous routines for upper and lower body slenderizing. Unlike you young ones, I'm not starting with a full deck. Things have gone south, twisted and fell over. Please be patient with the old lady!
