Transformation story

On June 2009, I gave birth to our 2nd baby girl. Like the first time, the baby came out, but the "baby fat" stayed in! Still sporting a sizable after-pregnancy tummy, I still had to wear my pregnancy More ...
On June 2009, I gave birth to our 2nd baby girl. Like the first time, the baby came out, but the "baby fat" stayed in! Still sporting a sizable after-pregnancy tummy, I still had to wear my pregnancy clothes. I didn't want to go out much because people might think I was still pregnant! My pre-pregnancy clothes stayed in the box, and my self-image was at an all-time low.

AFTER 9 months of pregnancy and feeling huge, I wanted a change...

I started with the SlimIn6 program. When I felt a little stronger, I switched some of the routines to the Shakeology Workouts. Eventually, I was able to Turbo Jam it for a while.

Then, I started the ChaLEAN Extreme Training program. With the motto "MUSCLE BURNS FAT," it was perfect!

After that, I've lost 11 pounds. It's not much, I know, but that's because I gained some muscle. And if you know physiology, muscle is heavier than fat. And while gaining muscle, I was DECREASING MY FAT PERCENTAGE. My muscle increased from 41.5% to 43.8%, while my fat decreased from 23% to 17.5%! (I think my heart just thanked me. =D ) AND my waist has been shrinking too, of course!

HOWEVER, right after the ChaLEAN program, in August 2010, I had a gall bladder surgery. But after almost two months since, I recovered enough to workout again and continue reaching my goals. I started P90X (10/04/10) and almost finished it!

Then came the news in December 2010, I WAS PREGNANT!

Now, WITH 3 KIDS, I am looking forward to gaining my pre-pregnancy body back “after (another) 9 months of pregnancy.” Just like before, I started with something relatively low-impact and easy - SlimIn6. With that program, I lost 9.6 pounds and 3.2 % body fat!

Now, I am on my new favorite program....TURBO FIRE!!! It's killing me, and it's awesome! Can't wait to finish it!

But I definitely want to graduate to P90X or maybe even Insanity!
