Okay,now I am into the last couple of weeks of Insanity and loving it! The results are showing up in both stamina and in the cut core that Shaun T promises.I am coming up with a hybrid to prepare for P90X2 coming out in December of this year in the USA.

I am a 47 yeard old man who has been working out for years but the last few years my diet and overall work out has really gone down hill.I have seen the P90 X informercials for a couple of years now and thought it looked like it might be the real deal. I started doing alot more pull ups at home and running but,I was still struggling with my diet and my core work was weak to say the least. I looked in the mirror and measrured my waist and that was when I made my decision to make a commitment to myself and called and ordered P90X a couple days later.I started on Monday the 28th of September with the diet change and work outs.So far I love the tools that are in the whole package.I look forward to staying motivated and changing not only my physical appearance but my mental state of well being as well.
