I love working out and being doing it on and off since a teenager. Like to play volleyball and read fitness magazines.
In this point of my life I will like to reach my fitness goals and inspire others to the same. For me fitness is a way of life.

In 2007 I saw the P90 infomercial and decided that I was going to try it. But instead of starting right away I forgot about it and gain weight. I went on a cruise and business trip and gain 10 pounds More ...
In 2007 I saw the P90 infomercial and decided that I was going to try it. But instead of starting right away I forgot about it and gain weight. I went on a cruise and business trip and gain 10 pounds reching 140 lbs, my heaviest. It may seem like not much but for me, the alwasy skinny girl in my family, that was too much. Jeans and shirts didnt look good but P90 kept waitig in my drawer. In 2008, insired by a TV program I decided to organize a challenge with my females coworkers to loose weight, I was the fittest of the group always eercising and "dieting" but not loosing weight. My BFF won that challenge, I didnt feel good because it was expected I was going to win but I turned the page and continue. In May 2009 I decided that I had to do something to loose the weight. I started at 140 lbs doing P90 and I have to admit I was not 100% comitted only this time I contacted a Beachbody Coach and started writting in her blog. Without even noticing I loose 10 pounds and even tough I cant keep my eating 100% clean I do my best to keep on pushing play and eating clean. In the months after that I loose 3 more punds so today Im 127 lbs. SO jeans fit better and my bikini looks better too!!!!
I love P90 but 90 days since to me like an eternity so I satrted again this time to finish it but instead of looking commito a 90 daaaaaayyyyyysssss I take it step by step. So right know Im in the 1st phase of 15 days and after that 15 more days until I reach 90 days. My goal complete a round of P90x or Slim 6...but for know is P90. SO Bring it!
