Full time working married mom of four, one adult, one college student, two HS seniors, one senior dog and new kitty. Spent most of my life caring for and feeding my brood. I have always followed this rule...kids and husband first, mom last. Now everyone is growing up and moving out so it is time for me!!

I feel I do not have any will power, my goals always seem great in the beginning but then wean alway when I don't see results quickly. Diet, exercise and quitting smoking always on the daily list of things to do today but then tomorrow comes and its the same old...I will start again tomorrow.
Hopefully this plan will work, I am very focused right now and with help I am hoping I am FITBY48!
