I am 52 years young and living in Southern California. For years I would yo-yo up and down within a 40# range. No more. Fitness is my new passion and I plan to obtain my Personal Training Certification this year. It's my goal to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle to everyone I meet! It's never too late to start. I am living proof of that!

I have made the decision to work dilligently at shedding some bodyfat and building some muscles while still maintaining a very social lifestyle that presents challenges very frequently! Currently I am following the Chalene Extreme and Turbo Fire programs. I also workout 3-4 times a week with Kettlebells. Exercise comes easy, now I need to focus on my diet to help me achieve the results I want! I am a work in progress and will get there!
