Greeley, CO Hi! My name is Patti Fine. I am 55 years young with three grandchildren. To say that I am a fitness enthusiast would be an understatement. I teach more than six classes of Turbo Kick a week at two local gyms. I also teach willPower & Grace,HHH, PiYo, Everlast Shadowbox, Circuit Breaker, Women’s Conditioning, a Boot Camp and anything other classes when a substitute is needed. In total, I Hi! My name is Patti Fine. I am 55 years young with three grandchildren. To say that I am a fitness enthusiast would be an understatement. I teach more than six classes of Turbo Kick a week at two local gyms. I also teach willPower & Grace,HHH, PiYo, Everlast Shadowbox, Circuit Breaker, Women’s Conditioning, a Boot Camp and anything other classes when a substitute is needed. In total, I teach more than twelve classes each week. I am also a Fitness Manager overseeing group fitness. Unfortunately, I have not always been like this. In my “Transformation Story” below, I discuss the day when I knew I needed to make a permanent change in my life.
In spite of the fact that I have degenerative arthritis and am avoiding having double knee replacement, I can honestly say that I physically feel better than I ever have in my adult life. As proof, this summer I scaled three “Fourteeners” (that’s a mountain over 14,000 feet!) and loved it! I relish each opportunity to set new challenges and goals for myself.
I love what fitness has brought to my life. From previously being incredibly shy and physically uncomfortable, to now having the confidence to teach a group exercise class, I simply cannot imagine what my life would be like without fitness. As a coach, my goal is to help my clients experience similar benefits and changes in their lives! I believe that Beachbody has the best fitness programs, nutrition and support in the industry. I know what it did for me and I believe that, with the right attitude and some assistance, it can work wonders for anyone!

My journey into fitness began on a wonderful family vacation across the globe. A family vacation to Australia and New Zealand with my husband and two daughters brought to my attention just how uncomfortable I was with myself and my appearance. As usual, I was the family photographer. I took more than 500 photos of my family during our trip and was myself in just one. The sad realization was that I needed to make a change in my life to live how I wanted to live.
I hired a personal trainer the day after we returned to help me reach my goals and learn how to maintain them. That led to wanting more information about the process since I had felt changes physically, emotionally and in many ways I had not expected. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my Personal Training certification through NASM not intending to use it as a trainer, but simply to quench my thirst for knowledge and understanding. Little did I know…
Eventually though, I worked up enough nerve and began training clients. Within days of my first training sessions, I knew that I had found my calling. Since that time, I have been so blessed to have the opportunities to help many others achieve their goals and make life changes as well.
During this period in my life, I knew I was changing in more than just a physical sense when the group manager at my local gym challenged me to learn and teach Turbo Kick! My first trainer and I did a lot of boxing and, later on my own, I discovered Turbo Jam as a way to continue boxing. At this time, my family and I relocated from California to Colorado and the new gym cancelled Kickboxing within days of my arrival. I asked the group manager if she would take a look at Turbo Kick and she offered me the challenge to learn and teach it myself. Two years later, not only am I Turbo Kick certified, but I also teach HHH, PiYo, Everlast Shadowbox, Women’s Conditioning, Boot Camp and anything else needing a substitute, AND I am the Fitness Manager at a gym! From scared beyond belief and nearly being unable to look at myself in the mirror to now, that’s a transformation indeed!
Fitness and Beachbody products helped me shatter the wall I had created to protect myself. Then, I was a painfully shy woman with terribly low self-confidence. Now, I have so much to celebrate and for which to be thankful. I now live life and love life and I want to help you do the same!
