My Name is Jeff and I'm 51 years YOUNG. I live here in N.C. with my wife Donna (Sun and Fun), and HER workout Partner “Tucker”, our Chocolate Lab. I owned and operated car dealerships, on and off, over the last 30 or so years. I'm Proud to have Served in the United States Marine Corps, traveling around the World as a Flight Crew Member aboard the Hercules KC-130. After my service in the Marine Corps, I had the privilege to Fly Corporate Business Jets for a number of Years. And, today I still enjoy flying our Lancair Legacy. I 've been pretty Lucky over the Years; I’ve been fortunate to have worked with the two Things I Loved since childhood . . . Airplanes and Cars!!

About three years ago, while on the road purchasing cars, I was kissed by a Tractor Trailer coming thru a tight curve alittle to fast. I never realized how much Mack Trucks hated Jaguars. Needless to say the Jaguar and I Lost. I owned that Jag not more then 5 minutes. I
Survived, I was later informed the Jaguar Didn’t Make It.

From the accident I sustained left hip injuries that I feel to this day. Over the following years with the decrease in activities, No more Golf, No more walks with my wife at the Lake, No more workouts at the Gym, ect, ect, ect. Needless to say the weight started adding up quickly, my Blood Pressure and Cholesterol where off the charts. To top it all off, this past December, we closed down our car dealership of 16 years. I didn’t deal with this all to well, so my wife tells me.

So to make a long story longer. Here is this Unemployed Fat Guy, I didn’t even know, about 40 lbs. overweight, on the verge of a Heart Attack, lying on my couch eating ice cream and watching TV, dealing with Post Business Owners Depression the best way you can . . . Eating Ice Cream, Of Coarse!! And, here it comes . . . for the 20th Time. . . “The P90X Infomercial”. Yeah!!, My Favorite TV Show, I loved watching that thing!! I’d rather watch that, then some of the Crap on TV. If I was flipping thru the Channels and “P90X WAS ON”, I never made it back to that Movie. Hell, I used to be that Guy. What Happened!! After about the 21st time Watching “Tony and the Gang”, (We where all Best Buddies at this Point!!!) I made a DECISION, not only was I going to Purchase P90X, but I was going to use it and Change My Life Around. I DECIDED to make being FIT a Life Priority! I was going to Re-Invent myself, only this time it was going to be around being Fit, Bad Hip and All. (Hey, want to see how to do Lunges with a Broom Handle . . . No Kidding!!)

We’ll I received My P90X at the beginning of February, after a couple of false starts in February, due to the business of still closing down the Dealership, and Travel. I Hit It Full Blast on March 1st, I found a Great Coach ( Claymore), I totally changed my eating habits, I haven’t missed a workout, and the Results. . . I’m down 21 lbs. of Fat in my first 45 Days!! Thanks Claymore, Tony and the Gang, (Best Buddies, NOW) and BeechBody!!

This really has had a big Impact on our Family, for the first time in years, I feel like I’m getting my Life Back, my wife Donna (Sun and Fun) just start doing P90X, not that she needs to loss any weight. (SSSSHAA . . . I had to through that in . . .) And we both decided to join the Beechbody Family as Coaches. Now, I’m Looking forward to Day 90 and Beyond.
