I love Chalene Johnson's workout programs - my favorite is Chalean Extreme. She makes it really easy to push play every day. I just started the brand-new program of Chalene's - TurboFire and so far it's amazing! After I go through 20 weeks of TurboFire I will adopt the hybrid calendar that combines Chalean Extreme and TurboFire - best of both worlds!

My very first week on the program showed the results I’d been seeking in vain for so long. I lost 5 pounds that first week, and I found I actually enjoyed the workouts. Chalene finds a way to make working out fun – I find myself laughing during each workout. I’ll be in the middle of something and I can feel myself smiling. I really like the team Chalene has behind her in the workouts as well. They are very enthusiastic and have a lot of energy, but they aren’t those people the other programs have that you know aren’t real people. These people look how you want to look, but you can tell they are real people who just genuinely love the workouts. Chalene does an amazing job of motivating her team as well as you. She always tells you how to do each exercise in the correct way so you don’t injure yourself which a lot of the other programs I tried definitely did not do. She also seems to know exactly when you’re about to give up, and at those times, it really feels like she’s talking directly to you, motivating you personally.
I was worried about the eating program. I am a vegetarian, so it’s really hard for me to follow most programs. I’ve had no problems with the Chalean Extreme meal program. I can easily substitute black beans or pinto beans for the chicken or turkey, and it works out really well. The food is very good; and Chalene has you eating really often, so you don’t feel hungry all the time. The food is so good that some of my friends who aren’t on the program eat some of the program food with me. The Peanut Butter Smoothie, the Pizza Margarita, and the Taco Salad are my personal favorites.
I am on Day 83 of the program, and the results are better than I hoped they would be. I’ve lost 30 pounds so far, and I’ve lost a total of 26 inches with 1 week to go. My body fat has gone from 31 to 15, which is phenomenal! The biggest change is to my attitude. I can’t wait to work out every day, and I even do the bonus Fat Blaster workout on my “rest” days. I’m much more cheerful, I have an abundance of energy, and I have never felt this good in my entire life! I feel strong and fit, and I’m much more confident. I feel like I can handle anything!

07/21/10 I finished the Inferno Plan yesterday on schedule and the results were good - particularly since I couldn't follow the provided meal plan. I lost 4.8 pounds and 9 inches.
