Hi, I'm Tim Pannell. I'm just your average guy that has been struggling with his weight since I reached my 20's.

When I was a kid, I couldn't gain weight to save my life. Once I became an adult and found reasons to avoid working out things changed dramatically.

Nobody plans on getting out of shape, it just kind of happens. I was a gym rat as a kid. I was always playing and running around

I'm now eating 5-6 smaller meals per day. My daily goal is to only eat 2,000 calories. Lean proteins, veggies, fruits, protein shakes and protein bars for snacks, no dairy.

I'm drinking water, no sodas and no fruit juice.

I am doing P-90X workouts 5-6 days/week.

I am adding about 20 - 30 minutes bike riding 5 days/week

I am also going to add 45 minutes f racquetball 3 days/week starting at the end of this month - June 2009
