I am 31 and sick and tired of weighing more than I should. I want to weight 120-125 and be all lean muscle. I want to be able to keep up with my extremely athletic husband. I want to be super healthy for my kids, when I have them. I cannot give up.

I am what what you might call a yoyo exerciser, rather than a yoyo dieter. I have never been into pills or crazy diets, I have always just tried to follow some kind of workout routine; and they have always been good routines I just cannot seem to stick with them for more than 2 months. First I tried Body for Life, which is phenomenal, but after 2 months I would get sick, or something would happen, and I would quit. I did that workout on and off, from age 20-26. Than I moved from Ohio to NC and started running, that is when I went from 165 to 150, best weight loss yet. Than I got married, at age 28, and we moved from NC to Oklahoma, I was cooking for my new husband all the time and started gaining back the weight. A year later we moved here to MA, where his family is from and I started using Turbo Jam, which again, is a phenomenal program; and I started losing inches. A couple months later we had enough money saved to move out of his parents house and into a teeny tiny apt., where there was not a lot of room to workout, and again I gained back the weight. Now my husband and I have P90X, which is my favorite workout yet. I started it hardcore in June 2010, following all the recipes in the diet book, and doing the exercises religiously until 2 months later, my job had me working from 4am-6pm for inventory , for 2 weeks; I was lucky to workout once a week, and I continued to eat food from the diet during the day, but at night we would eat junk food, as I was too tired to cook. Now it is officially the end of 90 days plus one week, and I am not where I want to be. I have decided I need help. I got a coach and I am NOT going to give up until I reach my goals. ( : Fresh start Sept. 13, 2010.
