I am a 32-year old working married Mom. Needless to say, I am very busy. Exercise has always been a huge part of my life. I even worked out 5 days a week while pregnant, and on the day of my wedding. I was pretty much the cardio queen. However, I never paid that much attention to my diet or weight training. I didn't eat too poorly , but I just didn't think think about it on a daily basis. I would go hours and hours without eating and skip meals or eat too large of portions.
I completed my first round of P90X on June 20, 2009. I was amazed at my results. I've be a size 4/6 most of my life. I am now a size 2 (and sometimes a 0). I weigh 120 pounds (5'4")which sounds like a lot to be a size 2, but that just shows how much muscle I have. I've always belonged to a gym and went very regularly. I was able to maintain my weight by going to the gym, but P90X brought me to a different level. I was very much at that plateau that Tony talks about. I am now very toned and fit. The major component for me was following the nutrition. Also, I think that I received the long and lean look from doing the Yoga (even though I had to force myself to do it). If you don't follow this, you won't get the results that you are hoping for. My only complaint with P90X is that there isn't enough cardio in it (for me anyway). I supplemented an additional 1-2 cardio workouts per week to make up for this. Either Spinning, running or Kickboxing at my gym.
I have completed three rounds of Insanity since August 2009. As of May 2010, I am currently doing Chalean Extreme along with a little mix of Rev Abs, Brazil Butt Lift & Insanity.

I have always been in fairly good shape. I worked out 4-5 times a week, but I was not achieving the results I had wanted until I found beachbody. I was always able to maintain my weight, but I really struggled to lose any. I use to do all kinds of cardio activities at my gym: spinning, kickboxing, boot camp classes, etc. BUT, I rarely did any strength training. This is what makes the world of a difference. Plus, I changed the way that I eat now for life. I only choose healthy options.
I started P90X in March 2009 because my brother completed it a few months before with great results. I had been struggling trying to find the time to get to the gym because I have a two-year-old and a full time job. I was only getting to the gym 2-3 times per week, and that wasn't enough for me.
I still can't believe how much Beachbody products changed my life. I work out at 5 a.m. everyday in my basement, and I secretly look forward to waking up with either Tony Horton or Shaun T. Since March 2009, I have completed one round of P90X, half of a P90X+ Hybrid round, three rounds of Insanity and I'm currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme. I'm anxiously awaiting the release of TurboFire and will incorporate this with CLX.
Overall, I lost 13 pounds and 10+ inches. I wear a size 0 or 2 and weigh 118. I have never been that size in my life! I was always a standard 4 or 6 and between 128-132 pounds. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe and I LOVE it!
