I just turned 28 and this is my birthday gift to myself. I have always loved fitness and being active. My profession is actually in the fitness field. I am the assistant director of a small community center health club. All day long I teach others about fitness and living a clean healthy lifestyle. One of the perks of my job is free membership to the health club where I work. I have tried working

I just turned 28 and this is my birthday gift to myself. I have always loved fitness and being active. My profession is actually in the fitness field. I am the assistant director of a small community center health club. All day long I teach others about fitness and living a clean healthy lifestyle. One of the perks of my job is free membership to the health club where I work. I have tried working out in my facility in the past but it doesn't work for me. I am tired of looking at the same space all day. Also, when I work out, people are always disrupting me to answer a question or give them a spot. I love doing this when I am working, but not while I'm working out.I work out at home. The problem with working out @ home is being alone and unaccountable. Most days I am able to motivate myself but I would like to be motivated by others. I thought this would be the ideal situation. I am still able to work out @ home and work out with others.I purchased P90X and I am really excited to bring it.I also enjoy the Turbo Jam workouts. I teach dance at my center and this is a really fun workout for a dancer. I have set a goal for myself to reach 18% body fat by February 2008. This is 6% that I need to lose. I look forward to you all helping me reach my goal. Go Sox!
