I am a 43 year old female that lives in Denver CO. I have worked out mostly in the classic brick and morter gym since 1993. I do a lot of outdoor activities, ski, hike, and road bike. I enjoy motorized sports, motorcylces, wave runners and snow mobiling. In my 30's it was easy to stay fit. I worked at a job where I could walk across the street and workout at the gym during my lunch hour.

I worked at a job where I could walk across the street and workout at the gym during my lunch hour. Things have since changed. I now work farther away from the gym and I sit at a computer all day. I find myself gaining weight and becoming more and more stiff and inflexible. I am hoping this program with help change my fitness level and get me back where I need to be...IN SHAPE!
