My transformation is in in process. I just started P90X March 1st 2010. I am 41 years old and married to a beautiful wife with three beautiful girls. I 5'11 and weigh in at 329lbs. I needed a change in my lfe and P90X is helping me with that change. I have to modify a little with how Tony and them do things but I try to keep up the best I can. I can't do the yoga because my hips hurt so bad doing that. I substituted Stretch X for that so I could still do a little stretching. First week has been great. Well made it to the 30 day mark and have lost 19 pounds. I can feel my pants are looser. Didn't get my calipers to check body fat until this past week so will know a little better about that hopefully in next 30 days. My blood pressure was great when I went to doctor. I am still taking medicine. Even when I was taking it before I started working out it was around 140/89 Feb 25th. Yesterday it was 123/72. 2nd round over have lost 55lbs so far since March 1st. Starting on Round 3 Aug 23rd. Having to put P90X on hold. Still trying to do upper body but can't do cardio. Fixing to have hips resurfaced in Dec. Hopefully will be back at least to Power 90 by June 2011 after recovery. My doctor said I can't lift anything for 6 months after surgery. I am still following the nutrtion plan to try and maintain my weight through this whole ordeal.
My wife is doing great on power 90. I am trying to get my whole family involved so we can be fit together.
