My name is Alicia, a wife and a mother of two.

I have been using Beachbody workouts since 2005. I had many gym memberships over the years and tried many workouts. After having my kids I didn’t have as much time to workout like before. I gained a lot of weight with my first pregnancy and my second pregnancy I started off at a heavier weight. I discovered the FIRM workouts which I really enjoyed

Before my pregnancies I was at a healthy weight and maintained my weight by following Weight Watchers healthy guidelines. After my first pregnancy, I had gained 50 lbs. I started working out at home More ...
Before my pregnancies I was at a healthy weight and maintained my weight by following Weight Watchers healthy guidelines. After my first pregnancy, I had gained 50 lbs. I started working out at home with workout DVDs since I no longer had time to go Jazzercise or go to the gym like before. I managed to lose about 35lbs with eating healthy and working out but still considered overweight. After my second pregnancy, I only gained 30 lbs but started off at a much heavier weight. My heaviest weight was 211 after the birth my son. I was ready to take control over my life and started back on Weight Watchers, working out and journaling all of my food intake. I was determined to have the old me back. My journey started on 9/2008 and I reached my goal 11/2010. I have lost a total of 63 pounds since the birth of my Son. I feel amazing and in the Best Shape of My LIFE. I have muscles and I love it!
