I began lifting weights as a young adult and quickly developed a passion for increasing muscular size and strength. Initially my development began slowly with minimal results. As the years passed I began educating myself on various strategies to improve my physique by reading magazines and books on bodybuilding. With in five years of consistent 4 day a week workouts and and proper nutrition, I went from 165lb weakling to a muscle packed 220lbs.
