My story is a bit different than most...As a single mom to a now three year old, I pretty much have neglected myself in order to make sure my son gets everything he needs. That means that not only do I not take care of myself by working out, I don't eat much either.
I have always been 5'7" and around 120 pounds (was a smidge over that before I had him) but now I am near-skeletal

As of Nov. 1, 2009, I was 104 pounds of flesh bone and extra skin on my belly from having a baby two years ago. After week one, I already felt things tightening up, had a little more energy and getting stronger too, but have lost weight, down to 102.
By the end of the month, I had abs! Also almost scary muscly arms... December brought me a little fatigue and since I already had results, I slacked a little on workouts and by January I seemed to have plateaued, as they say is normal. I loosened the workouts from 6 days a week to 2-3 days a week though and it seems to be just as effective. I also scaled back on the some of the workouts to focus on the results I like. I'm now into month 3 and hoping to keep the momentum as I look and feel better than I ever have...thanks Beachbody!!
