I've been using the Beachbody programs since 2003, starting with Power 90. I will be the first to admit that I've yo-yo'ed on and off with weight loss because of a bad relationship with food, but now that I have re-defined that relationship and have a good mindset, success is at my door again. On December 26, 2010, I re-ignited my fitness with Power 90.

In 2005, I initially lost 30lbs and over 30 inches wit Power 90. For a while I maintained within three pounds for about two years, but could never get to the next level. Inevitably, I gained the weight back and then some. But now I'm back in 2010, better than ever and moving on to P90X. I've been getting my body moving and eating well, having lost 7 lbs in the last two weeks. May 24th begins my round of P90X
As I make more and more progress, I'm looking forward to helping others find their way again and get the level of fitness and body they want and deserve.
