I am a 36 year old Dad of 3. I have been on the typical ups and downs of fitness since graduating college were football kept me in shape. Having been a gym goer for years I was looking for a smarter / timely way to get in shape. BeachBody had done that for me! Specifically P90x then Insanity. I want to share my experience and help move others in the same direction. The best part about this is
