Doylestown, PA I'm a busy working mom of two fabulous daughters. My life is rich....I love my job, my kids, my loyal pets, my house, my town, my family, my health...I expect to add to this list as time goes on. I love the outdoors and plan to take up a number of new interests like swimming and kayaking. I've also taken up needlecrafts like knitting, sewing and am now adding soapmaking to the mix. I I'm a busy working mom of two fabulous daughters. My life is rich....I love my job, my kids, my loyal pets, my house, my town, my family, my health...I expect to add to this list as time goes on. I love the outdoors and plan to take up a number of new interests like swimming and kayaking. I've also taken up needlecrafts like knitting, sewing and am now adding soapmaking to the mix. I was never what would be considered an athlete growing up but I became pretty fit in my early twenties by going to the gym, running, roller-blading, and hiking on a regular basis. After marriage and my first child - it all fell off. For the life of me I could not get a consistent fitness regiment going again. With the help of P90X, Shakeology, and TurboFire I've been able to FINALLY turn that around and am feeling more energetic than ever and am seeing the flab finally melt away. My transformation story is just beginning! These programs are working for me and I hope to encourage and help you reach your fitness goals too.

My transformation story is just beginning!!! In April I started a workout regiment with P90X. I loved it. It allowed me to finally be consistent and get my metabolism going again. From there I More ...
My transformation story is just beginning!!! In April I started a workout regiment with P90X. I loved it. It allowed me to finally be consistent and get my metabolism going again. From there I added on Shakeology to get my nutrition right and to create a slight calorie deficit each day. I was able to stick with P90X and added a Couch 25K running plan and am tweaking my plan again. This month I've put my plan together to lose 30-40 lbs. I'm combining P90X with TurboFire and drinking Shakeology for breakfast each day. Although I haven't had much weight loss yet I have tons of energy, don't need to rely on coffee, feel stronger, and am beginning to see where I'm leaning out. I'm so excited about this journey and want to encourage everyone to do achieve their health and fitness goals. Dragging through your day and just getting by is not an option. There's a difference between existing and living - let's live!
