Beaver, PA "Back in the day" I stayed active through performing in musical theater productions, and by running, and lifting. However, since hitting my, ahem, 40's, I have found the need for "something more".
Not knowing what the "more" entailed, I reconnected with a college buddy, and now Beachbody coach extraordinaire, Janet Denison. Through our reconnection, my healthy "Back in the day" I stayed active through performing in musical theater productions, and by running, and lifting. However, since hitting my, ahem, 40's, I have found the need for "something more".
Not knowing what the "more" entailed, I reconnected with a college buddy, and now Beachbody coach extraordinaire, Janet Denison. Through our reconnection, my healthy addiction to Beachbody has now occured.
I began my journey with Power 90 and quickly moved on to Chalean Extreme. I am now on a 90 day journey of total transformation!
I love exercising in my home, and supplementing those workouts with a nice run or a game of tennis, but as for they gym? Not for me. The cost, the travel, the childcare - all extra expenses and time commitments that I find completely unnessary due to Beachbody's amazing dvd's.

10lbs lighter, 10.5 inches smaller, I now embark on conquering Turbofire.
YOU CAN DO THIS. But, only if you want it. I made a decision. I surrounded myself with those who would push, pull, and stick with me during my 90 days. I became a Beachbody Coach, so that I my goal would become my JOB.
I'm hooked. I had to challenge myself and did.
A walk in the park is nice, but a walk in the park won't transform your body, if that's what you desire.
Let's go people. No more excuses.
