More statistics| fitwithterri I have see-sawed between 175-185 for the past 4 years after having my 3 beautiful kids. I know I can be down to my goal of 160, because that was the best shape I’ve been, and people told me. I remember how I felt great, active, and healthy. I am doing this for several reasons: first is for my family. I want to be healthy and active for them, and a good role-model.
