I'm married and have three great kids..Jennifer lives in Scotland has a daughter,Heather named after my other daughter,her hubby and just found out shes due in March ..YaY !!! At the present time I have joined many others in a 90 day challenge. This challenge we are using CHalean Extreme and mixing it also with Insanity..
AS of now I'm towards the end of my first 30 days and have gone down a size in just 2 weeks !! Both fitness programs have wonderful nutritional ideas as well,very easy to follow.
