I am in my mid forties and am not in the best shape! That's why we're here right?! So, I really started to see a big change in my body over the last year after I had a complete hysterectomy. All of my previous pain is gone which is wonderful! But now I have the frumpiest body I've ever had. So it's time to change that and get healthy too!
