I am a 4'11" powder keg of energy. I never run out of things to say and have a great sense of humor. I'm an avid photographer, mom of 2 grown kids, love dogs and I married my best friend 20 years ago. We actually still like each other!

My whole life I have always been fit and very active. As I approached my 50's I noticed that it was much harder to maintain my weight and stay active.

My whole life I have always been fit and very active. As I approached my 50's I noticed that it was much harder to maintain my weight and stay active.

I looked in the mirror one day and saw an old frumpy woman staring back at me with bulges I've never seen before. I used to have muscle.

I bought the P90 two years ago and got back into great shape and then stopped pushing play. Big mistake. I'm back on the fitness trail and plan on being in a bikini June 1st.

I love Turbo Jam, P90 and just started the Chalean Extreme. I found out years ago that building muscle burns fat. I'm going to turn this flab and cellulite into that beautiful muscle I used to have.

I hurts so good!!
