I am 40 years old, run a small firm in Florida. After school and getting my company up and running I had gained some weight. I am 40 years old, run a small firm in Florida. After school and getting my company up and running I had gained some weight. Factor in two baby boys and my weight gain had reached the point where I had to do something or my health would be jeopardized. In January of 2007 I weighed 205 pounds. I went on Nutrisystem and lost 20 lbs that way. I kept the weight off and it really changed the way I portion my meals. I also had a Precor elliptical that I re-united with and that helped me lose all of the weight.

This year I decided to really get serious with my fitness by changing everything all over again. Being 185 pounds is not enough for me, I would like to weigh in eventually at 156-160 on a regular basis. I would also like to be able to compete in a biathlon someday.
