Jacksonville, FL I am what I thought was an average guy. I had a major car accident a few years ago, which made me have to have my neck fused in an operation. That stopped my mobility a lot!1 I used to do kick boxing, swimming, rowing, biking, jogging, I then got diagnosed with stratomechosis, a cancerous version of arthritis. I am now starting to work out only because I am tired of my belly being the first thing I am what I thought was an average guy. That stopped my mobility a lot!1 I used to do kick boxing, swimming, rowing, biking, jogging, I then got diagnosed with stratomechosis, a cancerous version of arthritis. I am now starting to work out only because I am tired of my belly being the first thing you see, when I used to be so athletic and in much better shape. I started today 9/11/2009 just did Hip Hop abs, and YBB as I was recommended because they are low intensity and help with mobility as I can not do the strenuous exercises like kick boxing, rock climbing YET. I work for myself as a Investigator and Process Server so I am always on the go, and that usually means so are the meals I am starting the low carb menus, some of them aren't bad. Its the sweet tooth I have an issue with.
However I am going to get back into shape, so if you have any positive motivations, and know of a good exercise. I am all ears, I try to be positive and push my friends and family so they can better themselves. We only have this one body, and one life.. so better buckle up and take care of it.
I just became a coach to help others, as I have been helped. I just got in a bad car accident, BUT even though gained the weight I lost back, I am finding a stronger push to help motivate others who might be in the same boat. You can do it, you can lost weight, you can become stronger and beat anything thrown at you.. AS LONG AS YOU BELIEVE.. 2010 New Year, New Hopes, New Dreams and New Possibilities.. Keep Believing in yourself you are worth it!!

When I first encountered Beachbody I was very skeptical. How could you get fit in short amount of time? I was 210 lbs, I thought ok there is nothing more to lose than time, and this blubber as I called it. I started off slow, and tried to do the diet part, I lost 35 lbs in 2 months I was so happy. Then I got in a car accident in Dec 09, that threw everything for a whack, I gained 20 lbs back, the meds made me tired, and the cracked vertebrae didn't help. However through friends I met through beachbody, the message boards I found the motivation not only for myself but for other people to help. If I could then lose the 20 lbs back I would feel better. I lost 15 pounds again and now weigh 180, I like the new me, I feel stronger. I need to tone up more, I have the muscle mass, its time to just trim the last bit and show them off.. Especially for the summer. I now am a coach, and look forward to helping others as they have helped me!!
