ITried slim in 6 and power 90. failed or lost very little. I just ordered Turbo Jam in the hopes that with the music and moves it will ring my bell.

ITried slim in 6 and power 90. failed or lost very little. I just ordered Turbo Jam in the hopes that with the music and moves it will ring my bell.

did several weeks of Turbo Jam. Like it very much. Will do a 90 days of Power 90 then probably back to Turbo Jam.

May 14, 2006, ok today is the day to take measurements, pictures and all. Tomorrow, May 15 is day 1 of Power 90.

June 13, 2006 day 30 of Power 90. 5-1/2 pounds lost and 3 inches total. Not bad. Let's see what happens at 60 and 90 days.

Once again, due to travel and work, I did not complete the 90 day program. I did continue to get a workout in whenever I could. since I have another trip coming up in about 6 weeks, I will do a round of Slim-In-6. Today is September 9, 2006.

7-7-7 initiated Power 90. I will do all 90 days.

due to family medical problems my goals got sidetracked again.

Starting Turbo Jam on January 23, 2009.

Started Power 90 on Februray 6, 2009, today Feb. 17 is day 11, going strong.
