Update: living in tucson now and still training hard!

Anyways to help keep my sanity I started doing P90X after having to stop working out for a year due to a torn trap and a badly sprained ankle. Before my injuries I was working out at the Y 4 days a week. I was doing this routine for about 5 years. However I stopped seeing any more gains. But I was happy hitting the gym anyways. I think

Well I had to take a year off from working out because of a couple of injuries. I still had my Y membership but to be honest I was bored with going to the gym. I loved the social aspect, but I hit a wall and was not seeing any more results. Since January I started paying more attention to the P90X infomercials but was not total sold on the program. Well after awhile I started to believe the program must be for real. So I put up the $130 for the DVD's and prob another $200 getting the dumbbells and other work out equipment needed for this program. I had to start off very easy because my ankle was still healing and so was my torn trap. Well I didn’t do that, I hit the first DVD hard. Could not even keep up with what Tony and the rest were doing but I tried. Bad mistake! My arms were so sore that for three days I had to have my GF button the last tow buttons on my shirt because I could not reach them! Anyways, I'm in week 11 of the P90X program and I got to tell you that this is the best and most intensive workout routine I have ever done! It takes a lot of discipline, hard hard work and dedication. But if you can muster up the will power to start and stick with this program you will be glad you did. Just finished the first 90 days and all I can say is wow!
