More statistics| flyingguy Update: living in tucson now and still training hard! Anyways to help keep my sanity I started doing P90X after having to stop working out for a year due to a torn trap and a badly sprained ankle. Before my injuries I was working out at the Y 4 days a week. I was doing this routine for about 5 years. However I stopped seeing any more gains. But I was happy hitting the gym anyways.
