Hello, I'm 47 Married with 5 children. I normally go to the gym 3-4 days per week with "average" 40 minute workouts. I have over the years slowly gained weight. When at the gym I rarely do cardio, and if I do it is a "leisurely" bike ride, or a moderate walk pace on the treadmill. After doing the day 1 fit test, I found out how "out of shape" I really am.

Well, I finished the initial fit test.  I was winded just with the warm up.  Stopped going to the gym just before Christmas last year, and boy am I out of shape.  Gonna do Insanity More ...
