Hi! My name is Shannon! I am a mother of two little girls (2 1/2 and 9 months). I gained a lot of weight with both of my pregnancies, but with the help of Beachbody's workouts and Shakeology, I've been able to lose the weight and feel great!

I used this program after I had my first baby in 2009. It worked really well to get back in shape. The only regret I had was not starting it sooner. I started it about six months after I had our daughter.

I just had another baby on August 9, 2011 via c-section. I want to lose weight and get back in shape. My goal is to prepare and run a 1/2 marathon by next May 2012. I ran one after I had my last baby and plan to run one again. This time I am starting the program 6 weeks after my baby was born instead of 6 months. I'm excited to get back in shape!!
