More statistics| forme2 Hi there. I have been watching the way I eat for two years, and in that time I went from 250 all the way to the 170s. I realized though that I need to add in a good exercise program to try to tighten particular areas and build some muscles (any lol) so I can do more in life. Hopefully I will have more energy, too. When I get to my goal weight I plan to add in p90x for definition. | ?
