Hi. I am a former gymnast and swimmer. I did BB programs in
2005 Unfortunately, my doctor at the time put me on various
meds that made me gain over 80 pounds. Since October of
2008, I have lost over 40 pounds. I have a great boyfriend who cooks healthy meals for us.

I am moving to KS in about a month and will get back into competitive swimming with the Kansas City Blazers. The best nutritionist in the country, Mitzi Dulan works out of the KC area. I will work with her to get me down to 145 pounds and for sports performance. Once I get to my goal weight of
145 pounds, I want to begin planning our wedding. (start
trying on dresses) My Dad and I have this little bet going
on. If I get to 170lbs before him, I will win $1000. And
vise versa. I sure hope that I win because I don't have
$1000 to give him! OY! pen with these programs. For additional dryland training, I plan to do a combo of Chalean Extreme, P90X and some yoga. I will start training 6 days a week for 2+ hours each session. Once I get into the elite group, I will be training from 5-6:45am 3 mornings, 2 mornings for weights, 3 afternoons for 3 hours each, 2 afternoons for 3.5 hours and Sat am for 3 hours. As of today, I'm down 44 pounds. I am going to start marketing my beachbody business and become a turbo kick, piyo and group fitness instructor. I can do this in the mornings and on weekends that I don't have swim meets.
