UPDATE: Back to P90X again and doing some Insanity workouts for the cardio portions as well as the ab work.

Also using a pre-workout drink mix supplement called "Assault"

Transformation story

Restarting X again (the third restart) due to (first) an elbow injury and (second) a shoulder injury. Let's see if I can get beyond half way through phase-II for the first time :)

Restarting X again (the third restart) due to (first) an elbow injury and (second) a shoulder injury. Let's see if I can get beyond half way through phase-II for the first time :)

Through phase-I without major injuries though I did have to cut back due to nerve damage to my shoulder not related to my workouts prior to restarting X.

Just finishing up phase-II and can see definite differences. Percentage of body fat has dropped from 37% to around 28% and visible increases in size and definition of all major muscle groups. weight is still hovering in the mid-190's but that is over 20 pounds less than my max. If I followed the eating plan I'd be down in the 180's but...
UPDATE- 11-7-2011
Well, I'm starting phase-3 today ans so far so good. Still in the mid-190's but I am taking creatine which promotes muscle growth and water retention so no biggie.
I do plan to be in the mid-180's by the end of phase-3.
After I'm done I'm restarting but with a modified schedule that is much more intensive than standard X.
