I have replaced a gym membership for this wonderful product. I love to train for half-marathons and this is a great way to get my core in shape for long distance running.

I have always liked having some sort of physical activity. I would go to the gym but I never had any accountability so it wasn't consistent. After having 2 children, I just believed what everyone said that having a pouch was a badge of honor...Well I'm going to put Beachbody to the test. Since we enjoy many of the products, I've decided to take it to the next level. Please join me and make your dream a reality. Time will still go by with or without you. Wouldn't it be great to lose weight, or do a pull-up, or just be able to roll around the floor with your kids (or grandkids)?

Another reason why I'm wanting to make drastic changes is that colon cancer has struck twice in my family. I am more than determined it's going to stop there. There's also history of heart disease. A lot of these things can be avoided with proper diet and exercise (preventative). I've also read many stories of people that had very debilitating conditions and were able to reverse their health in a very positive way.
