I started the Slim in 6 program today, 6/29/09. I just finished my first workout (Start It Up) and I'm feeling great and motivated!

I'm 24 years old, 5'4 and around 160. I have a wonderful boyfriend but no children. I should weigh myself and do my measurements but I haven't yet. I am moving to Poland in Setember for work, and I want to be fit and healthy to start my new life there. I have

I'm 24 years old, 5'4 and around 160. I have a wonderful boyfriend but no children. I should weigh myself and do my measurements but I haven't yet. I am moving to Poland in Setember for work, and I want to be fit and healthy to start my new life there. I have hovered between 135 and 160 for years and I am ready to get back down to the lower end of the scale! I'm a better exerciser than eater, so hopefully I will be able to do both with this program.

Six weeks from now is August 10th, and I hope I can read this profile and be thrilled with my results!
