My name is Frank Rotella and I'm a former Division I Football Player (University of Virginia). Fitness has been a major part of my life over the past 20 years.

After graduating from college in 1997 I started exercising at home. I created and patented an In-Home & Travel fitness product called the FITSTRAP. Over the past 10 years I've been exercising in my home and have become a true believer

The Beachbody programs were the one thing missing from my routine, great programing. The programing and diet information provided in the Beachbody products has been very helpful in achieving & maintaining my current fitness level.
