Ok, my story! I got involved with BB in 2009 but, for the most part let it sit for a year, especially the Coaching part! At 48 years old now, I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. Most More ...
Ok, my story! I got involved with BB in 2009 but, for the most part let it sit for a year, especially the Coaching part! At 48 years old now, I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. Most people think I am in my late 20’s or early 30’s. I keep active and fit with a Boy Scout troop that I grew up in, downhill ski race and teach skiing, windsurf, backpack, fly fish, climb, run, mountaineer, teach Gung Fu among many other hobbies! My career has been as a residential and commercial realtor for the past 17 years.

Throughout the 23+ years, I didn’t realize that my martial arts workouts were very P90x-esque. However, P90x packaged a more concise program. Adding to what I already have has created a vast improvement! How? Well, changing up the program with the muscle confusion helped a lot! No more peaking! First, I've actually lost a few pounds through a bit more intensity and adding the P90x diet plan, I’ve added more tone, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance to my program and I am having my students implement the program as well. A few were already familiar with P90 before joining my class.

I should add more before, during and after pictures rather than showing activity pictures but, I think it’s good to show that I’m active, don’t you!?

I know everyone has fit goals, especially at new years. But, my challenge question to you is, do you stay consistent or after awhile, you talk about it and you might get in a workout just here and there? So, get back and walk the walk with me and be the best role model you can be!

As far as being a coach yourself, ask yourself: do you have a heart of service? Do you like to help others? Do you want to have more fun, less stress and create a better income source for yourself and your family? Do you want to change or supplement your career? Are you motivated and driven? If you answered yes to all those questions, then you and I can be partners!
