I'm 32yrs old, married with a 2yr old girl. I am currently doing P90x as a way to lose wieght and build muscle. I used to be very active in high school (like everyone else)working out and running all the time. As I got older I found myself doing less and less exercising and more drinking beer,eating fast food and sitting on the couch shoving food in my mouth. I'm tired of my clothes
