With many attempts to lose weight under my belt and feeling worse with each passing day, I knew I HAD to
make a change! I was a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful boys, ages 4 and 2, and I couldn't even keep
up with them. I was so happy to be a mom and so blessed with a wonderful marriage but on the inside I
was miserable...and I didn't know why.

It didn't make sense to me! I had been blessed with the most loving and caring husband. I had been blessed
with 3 "bonus" sons from my husband's first marriage. And also blessed to have 2 biological sons. We were
a loving, affectionate family who loved to laugh and have a good time. So why was I miserable?

I certainly wasn't happy about the way my body looked after having the boys so I figured that was a pretty
good place to start. I spent over a year and a half in the gym doing cardio and working with a personal
trainer once a week. This time definitely laid a firm foundation for discipline and developed some structure
in my life. I learned during this time that I really enjoyed working out and became more aware of how
good it made me feel. And I had even had the thought that I would love to help others do what I was doing.

All during this year and a half, I was building a friendship with a lady, Suzy Stauffer, who I
met through Beyond The Bus Stop (www.beyondthebusstop.com). I saw that she was a Beachbody coach but I
didn't really know what that meant. I was sharing with her one day that I needed to earn some income
for my family and she shared the coaching opportunity with me.

While the coaching part totally appealed to me, the problem was I hadn't even done a Beachbody program.
But I decided to give it a try anyway. I had been seeing infomercials for P90X. My husband and I had stopped
and watched them several times. And admittedly, I was skeptical yet intrigued by it at the same time.
So I chose to start with P90X.

I felt like I was starting the program pretty strong and I expected to be able to hang with the people in
the videos. I mean, I'd been running 6 miles, spending an hour on the elliptical machine doing 8 miles and
had gotten pretty good with my strength training. So I was a bit frustrated in the beginning when I couldn't
keep up with them. However, I continue to push play every day and I started noticing that I got a little bit
further and a little bit better each time.

So how did my 90 days go? I know you're dying to know! The results were AMAZING! My body had made some
serious progress and I was finally getting the tone and definition I had been desiring all along. Who
knew an in-home workout program could make me look like THAT?! :-)

But I must share that although I really liked my new body. And it was nice to see some curves, ridges and
muscles I'd never seen. The biggest transformation was the one taking place INSIDE! The more the pounds and
fat melted away, the more I discovered a little bit more about myself.

I didn't realize all the baggage that I was still carrying around with me froms year of mental and verbal abuse.
I began to discover some self-worth and my self-confidence started to climb.My passion was being formed. I
feel like a totally NEW person, like I've been given a second chance to be a better wife, to be a better mom,
to be a better daughter, to be a better sister. And more than anything I'd love to be your COACH!
