I am a 40 year old self-titled computer geek who works a high stress desk job. Diagnosed with high blood pressure, I was on meds for the last four years to help lower it. It seemed like every time I went back to the doctor, they would increase my medication since my BP would be high again and my weight would be higher than my last visit. I finally had enough on my last visit to my doctor - when she wanted to change/increase my meds again, I requested 3 months to attempt to change it through exercise. I started P90X by borrowing it from a friend and when I went back 3 months later, the doctor not only did not increase my meds but they TOOK ME OFF THE MEDS COMPLETELY!

Since then, I have completed P90X 4 times (having finally purchased it for myself!), P90X+ once, and I am currently in my first week of Insanity.
