College, parties, growing up, getting a full-time job, married, and now a career, and I've lost that edge and haven't been to the gym regularly in about 12 years. 35 years old, now and I'm looking at my future of being overweight, doctors, pills, and scared that I may not see my daughter's 19th birthday.
I began the process of losing weight at 266 lbs. I'm now 244 (which fluctuates, but is staying steady. I lost the weight in 6 weeks just by changing my diet and taking the stairs at work, but it's not enough anymore.
I'm joining teambeachbody.com to get a different perspective on what I need to do to make my life better, feel better, and (let's be honest) run with my daughter all around the yard without getting winded.
I expect a change, I know it will happen. I just need a little "push" to get going in the right direction.
