I am Black male who is living in the republic of Panama. I also have been living with HIV for 17 yrs. I was born in NY and raised in California. I am retired USN. I want and need to lose my stomach weight. I have been having a problem with that due to my metabolism being low and not having any energy. I wish I could hear Shaun T voice as a motivator also. But I am so far away.
