I graduated from college in May 2006 and I've been on my fitness journey since October 2005. Many bumps in the road came, but I went from 215 to 180 though now I'm back up to somewhere around 195, I'm happy that I at least started. Now, I'm up to 220 and trying to restart after a couple of years of doing nothing.

I began in October of 2005 on Nutrisystem. I was on that for about 3 months and lost about 20 pounds combining the eating plan with Billy's Bootcamp. Then, a few hitches and I moved on to eDiets and More ...
I began in October of 2005 on Nutrisystem. I was on that for about 3 months and lost about 20 pounds combining the eating plan with Billy's Bootcamp. Then, a few hitches and I moved on to eDiets and a mixture of Billy's Bootcamp and The Firm. Then a few more hitches and I moved on to Turbo Jam. I really like Turbo Jam, even though I've been skipping a lot more workouts because of fatigue and just plain laziness. I don't use eDiets anymore, I never really did to begin with. I'm trying to go it alone now, besides, we all know what we're supposed to eat anyway right? I had serious pain in my left foot a couple of months ago and I stopped working out for over a month. I went crazy and ate everything in sight, which is why I gained much of the weight I lost back. And now I'm in graduate school, haven't worked out in 3 years and I'm trying to get back at it.
