I am a 43 year old mother of three children, including a set of indentical twins. After several years of being a mother, wife, professional owning my own private practice, and feeling as if I was all things to all people, I decided it was time to pay attention to myself in a healthier way. Through high school and college, I was an athlete and was always working out and playing sports. I let the business of life detract from embracing that part of myself. At about the age of 38, I decided that it was time to change all of that...and I did. The winter of 2009 rolled around and I was dreading the cold of the outside workouts I had been doing for the last few winters. I was in good shape for most people's standards, so I decided I was ready to take it to the next level. I began P90X on 11/16/09 and finished on 02/14/10. Then began Insanity of 02/15/10 and completed it on 04/18/10. Now it is on to P90X+ and One on One with Tony! I loved Insanity though and will keep Shaun T cycling through my workouts! I still need to cut some weight in my core so I am working hard to eat clean and track my caloric intake.
