I am a retired high school principal. I retired to have the opportunity to take care of my grand children, ages 4 and 7 years, during the day. It is the best thing I have ever done. They keep my young and happy.

I look forward to helping people, as well as myself, to get their bodies in shape to feel heathy and being physically fit.
